Yes, Mainstream Services is accredited by the BBB.
Does Mainstream service my area?
We service Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin and most surrounding areas. Please contact our office for further information.
Are Mainstream's technicians licensed?
Yes, all of our technicans are licensed by the TSBPE. (Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners) In fact, all of our technicians have a plumbers continued education course once a year.
Does Mainstream have any other affiliations?
Yes, we are members of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.
Does Mainstream charge by the hour?
No, Mainstream Services is a Flat Rate Company.
What does "flat rate" mean?
Flat rate means that we charge by the job(s) completed instead of by the hour.
Can I recieve a price quote over the phone?
We do not normally give out prices over the phone, we prefer to see the area where work is needed in order to give you an accurate estimate. Our technicians will go over all of the prices for your specific job BEFORE the work is started. If you do not approve the price, then we will not proceed with the service call.
What is a Bid?
For larger jobs we will come out to your home and give you an estimated price to complete all work needed.
